We use Oracle Calendar for virtually all of our employees on and off
campus.. I am aware of the magical 17 minute setting to eliminate the
"server unavailable" message, and have adjusted accounts accordingly.
Up until now, we have been using Netgear switches in the smaller offices
and have had no problem keeping a connection. Due to the change to VoIP
phones, we have started to upgrade to managed switches. In doing so, we
have started dropping our calendar connections again. Hopefully, being
a managed switch, I can make some adjustment to lengthen the timeout on
the switch. Can anyone tell me what setting I might adjust on the
managed switch, to get back on the other side of the timeout cutoff?
