Hope you had a wonderful weekend!

PLEASE READ: The VMEA (Vermont Music Educator's Association)  
Conference (being held at the Sheraton in Burlington) is a WEEK FROM  
TODAY. We need to get everyone who wants to go registered, so here's  
the deal:

We are planning to register everyone on the MENC/NAfME list UNLESS YOU  
EMAIL ANDY GAGNON ([log in to unmask]) to tell him you aren't going OR  
let him know at the meeting tomorrow.

If you DON'T let Andy know somehow that you aren't going (by TUESDAY  
NIGHT), and you don't end up going to the conference, you will need to  
pay the fee. And it is $40, so I really think that you don't want to  
do that.

So basically, you should just go to the conference- it's as simple as that.

For other news, if you are ushering a concert, make sure you get the  
keys to the recital hall before 4:00 and return them to the old music  
office (there's a drop slot) when the concert is over.

If you HAVEN'T signed up for ushering, please do so!!

Also, be thinking about NYSSMA and if you want to go to that  
conference- we will be checking in with people about that very soon.
