We chose Ikon, which has the state contract and gave the best price for a
color (and black and white, although we are going with color) printer. It
is a Ricoh machine.
We also received quotes from Oce and from Symquest.
I actually had to draw out a grid of what we wanted and whether it was
covered in the base price or an "add on" since all were quoted differently
and then come up with a bottom line for each company.
The paperwork was signed today (except for the page on having them take
our current copier) and it has been a long process.
