Dear Colleagues,

It is with great pleasure that I invite you to attend a Worlds/BP debate
tournament at UC Davis, on November 19th and 20th. We hope to continue the
style's rapid growth on the West Coast and begin to lay the foundation for
future expansion in Northern California. We are conveniently located between
the Southern California and Pacific Northwest debate communities and we are
scheduling this tournament to allow these teams to attend and return home at
a reasonable hour.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. If you think you would
like to attend a workshop and demo debate on Friday evening please let me
know as soon as possible. We would also greatly appreciate early estimates
of the number of teams you plan to bring.
