On Saturday, Oct. 22 UVM plans what we hope will be a large  
volunteering effort by students, faculty and staff to assist  
individuals, families and communities affected by Tropical Storm  
Irene. Our efforts are part of Clean-Up Day  
(http://www.vtcleanup.org/), a statewide day of Irene-related  
volunteering.

Transportation and box lunches will be provided. Please hold the date
