I headed out to the backyard this afternoon to check for warblers and to
bring in flowers before the possible frost. To my surprise I first heard the
zhreee and seconds later spied 2 Pine Siskins in the flower border.

For those of you who get NH Public Television, at 8pm tonight Willem Lang is
hosting a show on saving songbirds.
