I'm sorry to say that I didn't pay close attention to their exact location. And we returned after dark. But, I would estimate that it was less than 10 miles from the border on the west side of Rt 133. There is a bird sanctuary at Phillipsburg, but I think this was a bit north of there. Between there and Henryville if I had to estimate. It was in a large corn field amidst others that were also plowed by had no chaff in them. Impossible to miss. They were very close to the road, and covered an area that was probably 1/2 mile square.
Not too bad a run from where you are.
