Large female Cooper’s Hawk at my feeder this morning.  Maybe we should stock the feeder with seeds instead of pigeons.  This bird hangs out in the wooded area at the north end of Creek Road in Middlebury, but the territory seems very large.  I see her 5 or 6 times a year.  Bruce Peterson
