There's an Agway on Putney Rd. in Brattleboro, if you know where that is.

The Middlebury Agway is having discounted advanced order bird seed right
now, so you might want to check out the Brattleboro one to see if
they're doing the same. Also ask whether they have a "bird seed club"
where you get a bag at a larger discount after you've bought a certain
amount.
Also, as Bob says, do look around for ag/feed stores a little bit out of
town and check prices. The one in my area has superb locally-grown
black oil sunflower seed at a significantly lower price than even
Agway's discounted price.
Most of these places also carry standard tube and other feeders, as do
hardware stores. The Middlebury Agway has a huge selection.
