You need a SyncML client, which would feed data to and from your built in Android calendar app.

I use Tasks+Cal+Sync which is iOS only but is put out, apparently, by an affiliate of Synthesis.ch, who also has an Android client

There are various shenanigans you can do to "subscribe" your oracle calendar to Google and then download to your phone, but at some point in the mess things end up one way and not ideal.
