Blowdown" 350 Pine Siskins foraging along bushes, trees and shoulder of

Pine Siskin 350 Huge flock foraging along the river road (gravel shoulder
of roadway) in Victory: One 20' section of road had 100 siskins alone and
one tree counted for 45 siskins. Numerous trees (hemlock and birch) had
between 10 and 20 siskins apiece while other siskins foraged along bushes
abutting Moose River. This is a conservative count.
