Good point Joanne...when I first looked at this and saw GIMP on the top it made me wonder, "why?" then as I scanned the levels they made no sense, you could shift everything around depending upon how you use it.

As cool as it is, I've seen far too many people take something like this
out of context of good pedagogy. Just because a teacher uses a tool
doesn't mean he is increasing student thinking or learning. For
example, I see glogster at the top of the pyramid and Flickr at the
bottom. I could easily make the case to exchange those tools depending
on how they are being used in the classroom!
