Hi EWB'ers,

*Minutes:* Attached are the minutes from Wednesday's meeting.

*Officer Elections:* The time has come to elect a new EWB Executive Board!
We will be holding the election at our next meeting in two weeks on  
*Wednesday,
February, 29th, 7-8pm*. The current officers will continue their positions

until the end of term, to provide training for newly elected officers.
All positions are open for the upcoming year, including President,
Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Fundraising Chair. Attached is a
description of each positions roles and responsibilities.

For interested members; Contact me, Sebastian Downs, [log in to unmask], with any
positions you are interested in running for, in the order of interest by
February 24th, along with a few reasons why you want that position. I will
let you know if there is anyone else interested in the position.
On Monday, February 27th a list of candidates will be sent out to the
listserv.

*Voting Process:* To accommodate for people who can't be at the meeting we
will be sending out a doodle with silent voting that will be available from
Feb. 27th-29th. The electronic votes will be combined with the votes during
the meeting, to determine the final count.
