Drag and drop is highly subject to operator error, especially on laptops with super sensitive teeny tiny touch pads (:cough:, Dell, :cough:).
To restore the "select message, and select folder from a menu" functionality that used to be in Webmail, install and configure Thunderbird.
If this is a Mac, enable, and teach the user how to use, the control click contextual menu features of whatever mouse or trackpad they have.
The Horde programmers obviously are in love with their improved GUI interface and as a result dropped a somewhat kludgey but useful feature present in the old version, forcing the use of drag and drop exclusively.

The user is an older person and is finding that control difficult. I am working on my usual mouse/track pad adjustment suggestions and am working to find other solutions but I am wondering if this is a common complaint that people are hearing and which solutions they had the most success with?
