crowdsourcing this will not put too many people out. if we had 20 admins or more
whoever was on to click a few checkboxes ... would not be too much effort
considering what we get back which is google adding features regularly in an
evolving platform.
like i implied, platforms can coexist without too much effort. also, vendors (or
anyone) from all over can get membership and people from VT (or wherever) who
spam can get banned - its very simple. i'm sure most of us are part of more
forums than we can keep track of - i know i let LastPass deal with that. :)
also, the "get off my lawn" comments are fine, expected, and lol - "the list fought
back" and so forth ... like i stated i am not trying to break up anything. we are in
an industry of rapidly evolving processes - people will migrate to that which works
best for them.
join or don't join is my response. my own inclination is to join anything and
everything and see what works best for me.
