I think you can still bill for those two exams performed the same day. ICAVL requires them to be performed together for accreditation. It's the venous/arterial combo that sometimes runs into issues when performed on the same day. It would make little sense to perform a PVR, forgo the arterial scan, and bring the patient back at another time for the arterial scan.

My understanding is that we no longer can bill CTP 93923 and
93925/93926 bundle together on the same day effectively from 01/2011,
right? However, you can bring the patient back next day and have the
either test done and get reimbursed. I'm in Florida.. any thought?
