From my early morning run - I believe the arrival of the woodcocks is right on schedule with the big difference this year was that we heard at least 3 of them in separate areas. Also, it was still fairly dark out, in fact, I still had my headlamp on and both the Song Sparrow and the Red-winged were singing!
