We implemented Moodle through Global Classroom and it was free. They are
migrating us to Moodle 2.0 this summer. I think the adaptive technology
inherent in Moolde 2.0 will make it a powerful classroom tool for teachers
and students. Also, my SIS (Infinite Campus) is delivering assessment tools
for teachers built right into the gradebook area. This looks really
exciting--as results will flow seamlessly into the gradebook and
parent/student portal providing quick feedback---even better, my SIS also
has an iPad/phone app so kids/parents can monitor information from their
