We have failed to convince the processes at google that this form is abuse, but we have not failed to learn that reporting abuse is most likely an ineffective channel.

The evil form persists.  Its seasonally inappropriate stylings have somehow fooled several UVM entities.  It has crushed my spirits as it continued to render in my browser throughout the day -- the chains of lights separating its divs, much like the chains of email it will send through its victim's smtp servers.
