Changing the local passphrase after enrolling with the user's current
NetID password is fine; there's no "password sync"/SSO on the Mac side.
Relatedly: The user should be able to add his spouse as an additional
user for that disk with her own passphrase. Would that work in this
situation? This method would seem to be in keeping with our stance of
"no shared credentials"...
