Groton  does not accept postmarks for property taxes.  Tax payments must be 
received in the office by 5:00 p.m. on the due date, no exceptions.  We do 
have a online service now and we accept the payment if the transaction time 
was before 5:00 p.m. on the due date even though it takes a day or two 
before the money gets here.
We do not have utility payments.
