Garlic is maturing faster than 'normal' in many locations. Please be 
sure and test your crop for garlic stem and bulb (also called bloat) 
nematode prior to selling any bulbs as seed! Cornell is now offering the 
test to out of state growers for $40. here is the link to a description 
of the pest, sampling instructions and the submission form.
