One of the people with a Google account at Walden School is not
receiving some of the email sent to her.
I checked yesterday - the principal sent email to a number of
individuals (including me).
I got the email, looked at the distribution list, it included the person
I double-checked to make sure the spelling was correct (including no
"one" for "ell", etc.).
I logged in to the user's account, the email was not there.
This same user has been plagued by this problem for quite a while - some
mail does arrive, but regularly she does not receive messages addressed
Any suggestions as to what is going on?
I have thought of possibly creating a dummy account, deleting her
account (transferring all documents etc. to the dummy account), then
re-creating her account, deleting the dummy account, transferring
