Hi Steve,
What was most bizarre about the whole thing was that sales didn't know
and it took the support person I talked to over an hour to figure it
out. I am fine if that is the way business is done as long as they are
clear and up front about it. Not being told up front meant a lot of
wasted time on my part.
I have been out of IT full time for 7 years and clearly HP is not what
it was when I left. I had the highest opinion of their servers. The IT
I do now is mainly teaching and helping a couple of small businesses
with upgrades they do in the summer.
