MacDiet Dry Bird Formula

4 Cups Purina ProPlan Feline Growth dry kitten food (ground fine)
2 Cups Science Diet Feline Growth dry kitten food (ground fine)
11 TBS "Just Whites" dried egg whites (3/4 cup or one 3 oz. can)
1 Cup dried Blood Worms
19 capsules of 15 mg. Calcium (or 5 caps of 1,000 mg. Calcium)
2 capsules of 500 mg. Vitamin C
1 capsule of B-Complex 100
1 capsule of dry 400 mg. Vitamin E
2 capsules of PB-8 Probiotic
1/2 capsule of Vitamins A and D combo (10,000 I.U.A + 400 I.U.D)

Combine all ingredients and mix well.  Put some of the mixture into a jar
and add enough water to create a "heavy cream" consistency.  Important:
Allow mixture to sit at least 15 minutes because mixture will continue to
thicken.  After 15-20 min. add more water if necessary to achieve a
"yogurt" consistency (not dry and not runny).  "Just Whites" can be
purchased at the grocery store in the ingredient section, near baking soda,
etc.  Blood worms is  fish food, so it can be found at pet shops that sell
fish foods.  Freeze the dry formula and mix small amounts with water as
needed.
