Hi VTBirders,

During a half-hour visit to Delta Park this morning, most of the same
shorebirds reported earlier in the week were present, and additionally, a
Black-bellied Plover was keeping company with a group of gulls on one of
the furthest sandbars.  A scope was necessary to see the bird, which was in
almost-full breeding plumage.
