Ditto from about 10:30 to about 11:00. As for being skittish, while we were
there a guy with a coffee and a cigarette walked right out to where it was
at the end of the rocks. If he even saw the bird he probably assumed it was
just another gull. It moved off about 20-30 feet, kept an eye on the guy,
but otherwise wasn't too concerned.
