I met up with Ted Murin this morning at Charlotte Town Beach.  We found a Lesser Blacked Back Gull which had us flummoxed at first, as it was dizzyingly far away, sitting on the water.  Luckily it lifted and moved in closer so we could positively identify it.  This individual had some unusual white markings on its upper wings visible in flight.  Ted will be submitting a full report.

Otherwise fairly quiet in the windy and misting conditions.
