Perhaps you know about BirdHawk and HawkCount? I've been seeing John
Anderson's reports from Putney there. If you go to the HMANA website
www.hmana.org you can find the list subscription info. BirdHawk is
sponsored by HMANA.

And also, HMANA has a "drive" underway where people can sponsor their
favorite watchsite, and I strongly encourage people to do that. Running the
HawkCount website is a mega-task, and sponsorships for the various sites
around the continent can help ensure that this valuable citizen science tool
(used to develop the Raptor Population Index) continues.
And even better, if you aren't a member already, join HMANA! And sponsor a
site! AND participate in a Raptorthon! All the information can be found at
www.hmana.org The website, BTW, is currently undergoing some
changes/improvements. If you haven't visited the site in quite a while you
will begin to notice some of these. It is a work in progress, however, so
keep that in mind.
Best to you, Ruth, and wishing you hawk-filled skies!
