I have the August 28 e-mail about the January 1, 2013 change, but I am
pretty sure there was something else that came out about a month after that,
reversing the direction. My assistant is not here today and I always rely
on her for remembering where we stored something! I called Michelle
Wilson's office and left a message, so hopefully someone will get on and
post a reply.

I remember a while back getting a memo from the Dept. of Taxes that starting
January 1st we could only record ePTTR or ORIGINAL PTTR's from the booklet,
no more vendor forms. Does anyone know if this is effective for recordings
after January 1st or closings after January 1st?
