We once had a similar problem on a Delta V Plus which occurred on all
cups at the same time in all gas configurations. The faulty part was the
amplifyer control board. This board has 4 green LED's that indicate
normal operation. In our case, one or two LED's were off. We needed to
replace this board, but for a quick fix it helped to switch the mass
spec off and on again at the main switch... sometimes even 15 times or
so, but it would come back.
Maybe this helps?
