Howdy -

I have checked with the powers that be -- it is not possible for us to 
hold the tournament here on April11-13.  I agree that April 11-13 is the 
best weekend for the tournament and it was the date I originally 
investigated.  I defaulted to the next weekend when I couldn't get 
space. I failed to investigate what other tournaments were being held on 
that weekend.  I agree with Tuna that we should wait to see what other 
bids emerge - then these difficult choices become moot.
