Thanks to all who have responded. IAC also had commented in one lab I worked in about PVR waveforms being difficult to qualify. I would love to abandon those, but some techs are just not good at getting Doppler waveforms. Why, I am not sure, since it was the first thing we learned in school...how to hold that stupid pencil probe at 45 degrees etc. :)
