When you set up cloud print, you share a printer with a person, or a
group, before that person or group can print. That's your control over
who can print, but once you've shared the printer, it's not obvious to me
how you would control where that person or group prints from. I didn't
see that in the setup options. Maybe at the network edge you could stop
other chrome devices from connecting to the google servers that handle
google cloud printing?
