While the woods were quiet there was a nice variety of species in the campground at Bomoseen State Park this morning. Lurking beneath the frenzied feeding warblers was a Swainson's Thrush in the brush.
Warbling Vireos and Yellow-throated Vireos were singing as if it were the start of the breeding season.
