Hi all,

I'm at Delta Park right now. I am on the
steel bridge that spans the Winooski River.
There is now a bar of sand showing toward
the west out in the open water. There are
Ring-billed Gulls- 21, Herring Gulls-4 and
1 Great Black-backed Gull on the bar.
Among them is one Sanderling. The visibility
is quite good at the moment. I was using my
scope at full magnification(60). This should
be an excellent place for migrating shorebirds
to drop in (much like last year).

Good luck if you try for them,

Jim Mead
