The storage pool in the 3rd and 4th floors in Number 4 reactor building
has a total of 1,535 fuel rods, over 400 tons of nuclear fuel.
The building is badly damaged, the roof has been blown away. If the
storage pool breaks and runs dry, the nuclear fuel inside will overheat
and explode.

This would cause a global catastrophe like we have never before
experienced. TEPCO is incapable of dealing with this!

An independent, international team of structural engineers and other
advisers must be assembled and deployed IMMEDIATELY!
