A trip to Brilyea had mallards, black duck and green winged teal in the pools. A lone Great blue heron sailed by. At the goose viewing area a large active flock of snow geese entertained us with the entire flock lifting off. It continued with groups flying overhead to the north side of the street. The scene included an amusing parade of geese single file to a small pool of water where a communal bath was in progress.
