I received an email yesterday from someone in Enosburg Falls who heard a
bird "singing its head off" in her garage attic. She was able to capture
it and sent me photos. It was a Golden-crowned Kinglet. Can anyone
suggest why it was singing this time of year, in a garage attic no less?
I'll try to find out from her if it was a song or call. At any rate,
assuming he wasn't able to get out on his own, his singing probably saved
him!
