I was able to see the Northern Hawk Owl today at 12:30pm. It got incredibly
close! There was a tree by the southern-bound side of RT 100 that it flew
into and stayed for a while. There was also a sign in the middle of the
field that it perched on. I was able to get a couple of good pictures.
