Subject: Chromebooks Dropping WiFi
We've had a pretty consistent problem of Chromebooks dropping their WiFi connection. Other devices on the same AP are not having the same issues so I'm having a tough time believing it's an environment issue. I tired eliminating broadcasting multiple SSIDs, changed the Admin configured network options in the control panel, even disabled the 2.5GHz band.
Just watching the CB login screen for 10 minutes, its switched from the login screen to "no network available" screen half a dozen times. As I was typing this I had a student bring in a CB that kept getting "Google Search" The App is currently unreachable.
Has anyone else experienced similar WiFi issues with their Chromebooks? We're using Samsung 550c Chromebooks and Aerohive APs
