The breeding season is moving into high gear up here.....mallard with eggs
on nest, osprey on nest, Virginia rail and bittern calling, wood frogs and
peepers in stiff competition in the evening, bluebirds and tree swallows in
boxes, and pine, black throated green, palm and yellow rumped warblers on
the scene. Trillium, ginger and bloodroot pushing through the earth.
Witnessing this resurgence of life in all its diversity never grows old!
