I contacted Deb Harvey of Procurement, she consulted with Jim Langan who
approved the terms and conditions. Deb said Procurement didn't feel
they needed to be involved and it was ok for me to sign up as Program
Manager. This was back on 10/11/13.
Personally I felt that the Bookstore should be Program Manager for the
University and that departments should have Program Facilitators.
