Does this do what you want?
I created named ranges for the keywords for clarity, then used index, filter, search... then added conditional formatting to highlight the cells.
Just be sure your keyword lists are covered in the named ranges (if they expand), and just copy the formulas to addidtional rows when the comments expand.
As it is now, there's "N/A" for rows with blank comments (copied and no comments) - this can be handled in several ways. For example, I just added a space in the blank comments (rows 9-14) - kind of a cheat, but very quick!
