Here is a problem with the revised draft, this sentence:
"...whose aims are to establish a scientific and social praxis... that directs the results of science toward social change that benefit all people."
"Science" is apparently assumed to be a monolithic repository of truth. Directing it is assumed to be the main problem.
Very often, though, "Science" is just a form of propaganda for hire, depending on who is paying for the science and its publication.
"...whose aims are to establish a scientific and social praxis... that reviews COI underlying science, and reviews the results of science, to bring beneficial change for all people."
That doesn't mean, for example, that just because Exxon pays for a study that the study is false, but it is an indication that the study requires a closer review in the context of Exxon's interest in the study.
