Just a heads up, if you volunteered to define some effluent parameters  
last meeting, the table can be found in the EWB-UVM google drive, in  
the EWB Grease Trap Folder. The document is titled Copy of Water  
Quality Parameter Spreadsheet. Your name is listed next to the  
constituent you are responsible for. Remember to cite multiple
