I wonder if there would be a way to post a new sign(s) in the view area or
somehow have a printed sheet of bird ethics obviously available for at
least visitors to the bird viewing area.  Some folk are clueless about bird
ethics and the fact that, in the case of Snowy Owls, they could be
endangering the bird's life by chasing it to make it fly.  If they were
made aware, they would change their behaviors. Others still would not care,
wanting to get the perfect photo.

I got some decent shots a couple of years ago of the Snowy Owl high up on a
tree at Dead Creek...  Innocently another woman in the car, who is a bird
lover, suggested that maybe I should make some noise or somehow scare the
bird to make it fly and I said no.
