Here is the question for the day, if the left kidney does not function, can there still be left renal artery flow.  Just had a difficult SMA study where at the area of the renal arteries in transverse, the right renal artery could not be seen, there appears to be left renal artery take off at 4 o'clock position, but at the 1 o'clock position there is an artery take off with very high grade stenosis. The aorta is calcific.  Please help!
