I had an Asus a couple of years ago, we bought two for a project we were
working on. I tried to use their email support; my requests weren't
responded to for almost two months. The reply said that they were having
difficulty with their email system. Two months after that, they
supposedly were still having the same difficulty.
Their phone support was difficult to understand, and did not seem to be
able to work beyond their scripts. I was unimpressed, and have not
purchased any other Asus devices.
