I too am having problems with Vtbird listserve mail going to AOL spam. The suggested solutions don't seem to work with AOL. It appears that AOL recognizes the sender rather than Vtbird listserve (which is in my contacts), and if I don't have that sender in my contacts, it goes into spam. I hope I can find a solution.
